Smaller handheld or stick flags can inspire a variety of decorating ideas. If you’re having a party or any other kind of gathering, you can line a driveway or walkway with them. You can also use them to border a garden or another area. They can adorn cakes or cupcakes as well.
3- Flowers and Centerpieces
There are many versatile ways to use smaller flags, including stick flags. These include putting them in plant pots or among flowers or placing several in a dish to use as the centerpiece for a meal. You can also put a collection of them in a jar that complements the flags and the feel that you are going for. For example, if you have vintage flags or want to convey that feeling, you could put them in a Mason jar or a decorative vintage vase.
4- Bunting Ideas
Summer is a great time to break out the bunting, and flag bunting is a terrific way to decorate for a party or any other special occasion. You can also just hang out the bunting because the weather is terrific. String it above an outdoor area where you plan to serve food or drinks or hang it along a railing. You can also put it in some of the same places you’d put a single large flag, such as hanging it on a wall or from a balcony.
